This is a simple house but it has a very nice decor, with the (blue and) yellow small Bisazza tiles! 
 Lovely old villa with surrounding garden terrain, on the entrance site of the UKE, Universitäts-Klinikum Eppendorf (hospital) in Hamburg. Obviously not fully in use, the terrace does not look too well maintained – and why did they block the nice large windows? 
Empty. Lonesome. Uncomfy.
