It is asparagus time in Germany, white asparagus! I believe noone is as mad about it as us, especially in the North of the country. For about a month, I can eat it every day, and so do my parents. What a beautiful evening along the Alster Lake (it is actually a river), Binnenalster :). Plus 20°C after 7pm, strolling along the waterfront, parking available, too many joggers, but such a beautiful scenery and light. After some good 6 hours driving through rainy Germany, the weather forecast was obsolete, as instead of heavy thunderstorms I was awaited by the most pleasant weather in Chemnitz.
